Onze vrijwilligers zijn onmisbare krachten binnen onze organisatie.
Binnen onze organisatie is de inzet van vrijwilligers essentieel. Onze vrijwilligers zorgen namelijk voor zichtbaarheid door het hele land, helpen ons bij het werven van fondsen en ondersteunen de Stichting bij verschillende activiteiten voor onze doelgroepen. Jong en oud, man en vrouw; we worden gesteund door een heel gevarieerde groep vrijwilligers, maar een paar eigenschappen heeft iedereen gemeen: goede sociale eigenschappen, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zelfstandigheid.
De ene vrijwilliger is vooral heel praktisch, hands on ingesteld. De ander juist een ster in het vertellen van ons verhaal. Om optimaal gebruik te maken van de kennis en kunde van onze vrijwilligers, zijn er drie verschillende taakgebieden waarvoor je je als vrijwilliger kunt inzetten: activiteiten/evenementen, voorlichting en kantoorwerkzaamheden. Wat past jou het beste?
Na een uitgebreide instructie is zonder begeleiding aan de slag gaan voor jou geen probleem. Kansen of problemen worden gesignaleerd en aangepakt. En verandert er eens een keer iets in bijvoorbeeld taken of verantwoordelijkheden, dan is het gewoon even omschakelen en weer efficiënt verdergaan. Ons motto: Samen maken we het verschil….
